We help good companies be seen, understood, and believed.

Video and ongoing media for companies that need it to work.

We build the work. We prove it worked. We stay. Most agencies disappear after delivery. We don't.

The problem

What's broken.

Most agencies

Aren't solving your problem.

They want to make something that looks good or use your budget to rent gear. Few ask what changed because of it.

Most companies

Don't know where to start.

You're stretched thin. Content gets made. Nothing moves. Money goes out. Files come in. Nothing changes.

Our difference

Files vs. a system.

What most agencies do

Make something that looks good.
Treat the brief as the deliverable.
Hand off files and disappear.
Start every project from scratch.

What we do

Solve a specific problem.
Build the project around your outcome.
Stay, measure, and build on what worked.
Start ahead of where the last project ended.
Proof

That it worked.

Three engagements with measured results, plus five more in the rotation. Use the arrows to scroll.

Ways to work with us

Four ways in.

The right tier depends on the work. Let's talk about what fits.

01 / Membership

Reliable video, no big commitment.

Project-by-project execution at member pricing. An asset library that grows with you. Best when you know what you need and want a dependable production team without scoping every job from zero.

02 / Quarterly Partnership

Strategy plus production, in quarterly cycles.

Different from Membership. We set the goals with you, plan the content, build it, and review what worked. Six-month minimum. Best when you have ongoing content needs and want strategic input, not just execution.

03 / Custom Project

One project, scoped end-to-end.

The full Narrative Method. Use this for a launch, campaign, anniversary moment, or single initiative that has to land. One-time scope, with 30, 60, and 90-day measurement after delivery.

04 / Enterprise

Training and transformation across locations.

Production at multiple sites, asset management, and outcomes tied to business metrics. For organizations rolling content into operations rather than treating it as marketing spend.

How we work

The Narrative Method.

Every project runs through five phases. The work starts before the camera turns on and continues for 90 days after delivery.

1

Understand asdfasdfasd

What's driving this?

What needs to change. What success looks like in 90 days.

2

Architect

Who needs to see this?

Where, how often, and which stories carry the most weight.

3

Capture

What must we get right?

Access, talent, timing. What can't be reshot.

4

Craft

Where does it live?

Distribution plan. Ads, organic, internal, training.

5

Measure

Did it work?

30, 60, and 90 day check-ins against the goal we set in step one.

"Understand and Measure are why clients stop shopping. We don't hand over files. We become the memory of every company we serve."

Who we are

We become the memory of every company we serve.

Founded 2017. We work with founders and senior leaders at companies between $5M and $50M, in secondary markets.

What we value
01

Reliable"We do what we said."

If we promise it, we deliver it. No exceptions, no excuses.

02

Resourceful"We figure it out."

Obstacles aren't reasons to stop. They're problems to solve within our standards.

03

Thorough"Nothing falls through."

Details, communication, follow-up. If a client has to ask, we didn't do our job.

04

Ownership"We own the work."

We don't wait, and we don't pass it off. Our name is on the project, end to end.

05

Invested"Create something worth watching."

We care about the work and the people. If we're glazing over, so is the audience.

The people behind the work.

Common questions

Things buyers ask first.

The questions we hear from founders and marketing leaders before the first call. If yours isn't here, ask it directly.

How are you different from other video production companies?

Most agencies treat the brief as the deliverable. We treat the outcome as the deliverable. We start with what you're trying to change, build the project around it, and check in at 30, 60, and 90 days to confirm it worked.

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope. Membership engagements start smaller. Custom Projects and Enterprise work scale based on the outcome, the locations involved, and how long we stay. Tell us what you're trying to do in the form and we'll scope the first call accurately.

How long does a project take?

Custom Projects run several weeks of production plus 90 days of measurement after delivery. Membership and Quarterly Partnership engagements are ongoing. We share a calendar on the first call once we understand the scope.

Do you work with companies outside Northeast Ohio?

Yes. We're based in Akron and have produced work for clients across the country. Travel and logistics get scoped into the project.

What size company is the right fit?

Companies between $5M and $50M in revenue, with ongoing media needs and leadership that wants a partner instead of a vendor. If you're smaller or buying a one-off video with no real outcome attached, we'll point you somewhere better.

How do you actually measure if the work worked?

We set the success criteria in step one, before any production happens. Then we check in at 30, 60, and 90 days against those criteria. If it didn't work, we say so, and we use what we learned to sharpen the next project.

Is this you?

When to call us.

These are the moments when we do our best work. If one of these is happening at your company right now, let's talk.

  • You just received funding or budget for a specific initiative.
  • You're launching, relaunching, or scaling a program.
  • Your agency signed a client who needs video or content support.
  • Your internal team tried content and it didn't stick.
  • Someone got tasked with "figure out our video strategy."
  • A previous vendor relationship ended or underdelivered.
How a first call goes

""What outcome do you want?""

""What problem are we solving?""

""How does this content get you there?""
